Born in St. Louis Missouri, Chris is the youngest of 5 siblings. Motivated to break the norm of his inner city environment and avoid becoming a statistic Chris enrolled in Southeast Missouri State University. Double-majoring in Political Science and Criminal Justice, Chris earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 2007. During college, Chris was involved with a myriad of leadership positions including Campus Ministry and Student Government. His leadership was awarded with an appointment by the Governor of Missouri as a Student Representative to the Board of Regents. Always dedicated to ministry, he spent his summers training youth in inner city St. Louis. Some of his greatest experiences occurred as a Resident Assistant in the campus dormitories. Whether it was an innovative prank or a heartfelt conversation with a fellow student, it was the college years that God used to spur pivotal growth in Chris's relationship with Christ.
Always understanding a general call to ministry, Chris moved to Memphis to join Eikon Ministries Directed by Roy "Soup" Campbell and Bryan "BC" Chamberlain as an intern. Here he was blessed to grow in his understanding of discipleship and his passion to reach the entire globe. After realizing his specific call to preach and his heart for the local church, Chris saw the need to be equipped for maximum use.
Currently serving in the diverse Student Ministries of Fellowship Memphis Church, Chris is thankful for his unique opportunity to learn from his pastors and church while pouring into the vibrant youth of Fellowship Memphis. Currently married to "Greek" while studying at Mid-America Seminary working towards his Master of Divinity Degree, Chris is excited to see what the future holds for the City of Memphis and the body of Christ.
