Will Russell
Will Russell was born in Houston, Texas but was raised in Memphis, Tennessee. There were several Christian influences in Will's life growing up, but it wasn't until the age of 18 that he truly recognized his own depravity and need for a Savior.
Will attended the University of Memphis, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on Sports & Leisure studies. At Memphis, he grew substantially in his walk with Christ through the ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ and had his first taste of being discipled. He also met his beautiful wife Jen through Crusade. They were both involved as student leaders.

August 2008 was an exciting time for the Russells, they became engaged and joined Campus Crusade as interns. They married in December of that year and eventually became full-time staff members with the ministry. Will and Jen also went through the discipleship training ministry, DownLine, in 2008-2009 which grew their hearts for the Great Commission that Jesus handed down to us.
The transition to Fellowship as a pastoral resident is something that both excites and challenges Will. He is currently serving with the Student Ministries under Brian Crenshaw and at the Downtown outpost with Ricky Jenkins, while pursuing a Master of Arts in Religion at Reformed Theological Seminary.
