I started walking with the Lord in January of 2004. Shortly after that I felt called to the ends of the Earth, so this year, I moved to Birmingham, AL. I know it’s not “frontier missions” but I believe the Lord is using me to reach the unreached of the world from right here. I am a mobilizer.
Each year approximately 200,000 U.S. believers feel led of God to contact at least one mission agency to inquire about ministry opportunities, but as little as 1% of those ever make it into long-term, cross-cultural service. Why? Where is the disconnect? If today the Spirit stirs and you feel called to the unreached corners of the earth, what is your next step? How do you prepare? Who do you go with? Where do you go? There are any number of questions that scare people out of cross-cultural service. As a mobilizer, I aim to eliminate as many of those obstacles as possible. My job is to coach girls from their first understanding of God’s heart for the nations all the way to their connection with a long-term team.
I believe every person I help mobilize multiplies my impact in the least reached parts of the earth. Thanks to the Engage Memphis fund, you are a part of that process and your global impact is multiplying! If you want to hear more, please e-mail me at . Thanks family!
