Fellowship Memphis

I am thankful for my community group leaders, Cedric and Rita, because being in their group has been such an encouragement to me both spiritually and emotionally. Their knowledge of the Word and passion for Christ refreshes my spirit each week. I am very thankful I was placed in their group, although at first I was somewhat disappointed in our small number. However, their heart for discipleship has given me even more confirmation in my heart that I am in the right place at Fellowship. The Wright’s strong leadership has allowed us to not become stale in going through the material. I appreciate how Rita adds so much scripture to each lesson and how Ced challenges us to walk out the lesson during the week.

The Wright’s have made me very comfortable in their home as a part of the church family and as well as their own. I am thankful for their passion for prayer and lifting each other up. This has helped me to grow closer to Christ and the rest of our group members. I am glad that I got to go with Cedric to Mississippi to share the gospel with the community of White Oak. It was great to meet his friends and minister alongside them. Rita has also given me encouragement through the way she lives out the gospel within her family and at her job. The Wrights are a special couple! I am very thankful for their impact on my life!
