The Downtown Neighbors
What: We are building relationships with men and women who are homeless. Our goal is to love them, learn from them and share with them to meet physical and spiritual needs as we see them.
When: Every Sunday morning (rain or shine)
Where: Meet at 9:30 in the church atrium to pray and then walk/drive to Court Square from 10-11:00.
Needs: It's getting cold outside, and we want to have a stock of stuff ready to give to people we meet. Here's what we are looking for: coats, gloves, hats, scarves, long underwear, socks, blankets, bags (i.e. reusable shopping bags), toiletries and Bibles. Bring lightly used things or buy something new to pass on any Sunday to the Downtown 11am Service.

Tutoring at Downtown Elementary School
Contact is Judy at Downtown Elementary.
We tutor on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 9:00 and
3:00. We ask for a commitment of one hour per week during which a
tutor works with two students, 30 minutes each.
Tutors can work with either reading or math, and can choose their grade level. All
materials are provided.
