Our Emerging Leader’s Program is designed to build into and launch future Redemptive Leaders. We have graduated three classes made up of a diverse group of 35 people. We have had participants from within our church, from other churches and ministries in the city and people who have relocated to take part in the program. We focus on Bible, Theology, and Leadership Skills as we work our way through the historical books of the Old Testament, the book of Galatians, and several modern books. Included in our graduates are not only future leaders in our church, but also area Young Life directors and staff, the youth pastor of a local Methodist Church and future church planters, education and marketplace leaders. Our dream is for this program to bless our city, nation, and the world and we are already seeing God do so many neat things in the midst of the Emerging Leaders Program.
