Fellowship Memphis - Engage Adoption

God's heart is burdened for the plight of orphans in the world. As a body of Christ followers we are passionate for the children in our city who do not have a family to call their own. Fellowship Memphis is corporately launching an initiative to spur a spirit of adoption and orphan care in our church and in the city of Memphis. Our prayer is that every godly family in our city would make it an effort to value adoption in such a way that they would prayerfully consider adopting themselves or at least getting involved in orphan care. Over the next several weeks we will be recruiting leaders to pioneer a movement here in the city of Memphis. Engage Adoption will call families in our Body to action, build relationships with other churches and organizations that are already working in orphan care, and launch a movement in this city that responds to the needs of our precious children. You can expect to see Vision Cast style fellowships where we foster a spirit of adoption and educate our body as we collectively work towards a January event that will bring a mass of believers together to broadcast a larger vision for our city and support engaging families as they prepare to adopt and begin the process of making an impact in the hearts of homeless children.

Common Ground

Common Ground is an opportunity for Memphis area residents of different races to have honest discussions about race relations, starting with our own stories and examining the inequities that remain between people of different colors. What a great opportunity to pursue racial reconciliation armed with biblical lenses! For more information, visit

Fight Club

What is Fight Club? It is a strategic initiative to engage the heart of Men and rally them to fight the noble fights and to initiate for the sake of others.

This Fall the invitation to come and participate is wide open for all men. From that point foward, the Fight Club goes under-ground. You can only get into future Fight Clubs by being "tapped in" and invited by a trainer who has completed Fight Club.

It consists of 6 weeks of Tuesday morning large groups in the SOS building at 2505 Poplar Ave.

6:30 am to 7:30 am

Remaining meetings:  October 6, 13, and 20
